If you are under 19 and want to be your best at rugby you need to know the U19 rugby rules variations.
The IRB has some rugby rules variations for players under 19 years of age.
The Full rules apply with the exception of the following
Law 3. Small variations to the rules ensuring additional front and second row forwards are avaiable as substitutes.
Law 5. Time. A small variation, restricting playing time to 70 minutes.
Law 20. Scrum. A number of variations to reduce risks for younger players taking part in scrums.
